Michael P. Earner
Attorney Earner is a founding member of the firm. He is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the firm and ensuring that clients are properly cared for. Michael has always had a passion for helping people and always seeks out opportunity to serve others. When Michael was in his early 20’s, he answered a call to give back by joining the US Army shortly after September 11, 2001. Soon after, he found himself on combat patrols in Taliban controlled territories in Northern Afghanistan…
Whitney J. Weaver
Attorney Weaver is the head of the firm’s litigation department. Prior to founding Earner & Weaver, Whitney worked for a mid-sized law firm in which specialized in defending insurance companies and business. She then switched sides and began helping injured people. Whitney is a tough litigator and highly effective negotiator. She does what is right, always.
Daniel W. Cote, Esq.
Dan has dedicated his entire legal career to helping injured people. When you speak with Dan for even a few minutes, it’s impossible to ignore his energy. His enthusiasm comes both from his roles as Attorney, father and partner at Earner & Weaver, and, more importantly, his passion for people.
